What is covered:
- Defects in battery cells, quality, and workmanship.
- Free replacement or repair for confirmed quality issues.

What is NOT covered:
- Damage due to overcharging, physical impact, water, improper use, or modification.
- Normal capacity degradation over time.
- Damage caused by incompatible chargers or devices.
