This shipping policy applies to orders within the Continental United States. By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein.
Shipping Cost
Free Standard Shipping On All Orders.
Delivery Time
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Estimated Delivery Time (+ any holidays and weekends)
Handling Time: 0~1 business days (Monday to Friday)
Estimated Delivery Time: 2~6 business days (Monday to Friday) via FedEx, UPS, or DHL Ground.
Ship to USA
Order cut off time: 5:00 PM (GMT+8). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Warehouse Location: All orders are shipped directly from our local warehouse in California, USA.
Note: The above transportation times are estimates for most orders, excluding uncontrollable factors such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or severe traffic congestion.
Our prices include customs duties, but local state sales taxes may apply depending on your location at checkout.
Hazmat Shipping Notice (Lithium Batteries)
Due to U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, high-capacity LiFePO4 lithium batteries are classified as hazardous materials (Class 9) and must be shipped via Ground Transportation only. Expedited air shipping is not available for these products.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship ONLY within the Continental United States.
We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Notice & Address Changes
When placing an order, please ensure you enter the correct name, delivery address, and contact number.
If you enter the wrong address, contact us immediately. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be rerouted due to strict Hazmat shipping protocols.
The customer is responsible for all possible risks and additional fees caused by changing the address or refusing delivery after the order has been dispatched.
iSWAY Battery assumes no responsibility for delayed or rejected orders due to:
Delay or delivery failure because of the consignee’s actions (e.g., entering an unknown or wrong address, incorrect phone number, or refusal to receive the package).
The consignee address is a restricted commercial building, military base, or gated community where the courier has no access.
Delays due to Force Majeure, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or government policy changes.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's official website.
Inspection and Sign-off
Since iSWAY LiFePO4 batteries are high-value and heavy items, please inspect the external packaging upon delivery. If the carton is severely damaged or deformed, do not sign for the delivery or open the package; contact us immediately.
Once the package is signed for, it indicates your acceptance of the item's condition. To protect your rights, we highly recommend taking a complete unboxing video to verify the contents. If any items are missing or cosmetically damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly.
